Bio

Ashley Rodemann, MSW, LCSW received her Master in Social Work from the Brown School at Washington University in 2007 with a concentration in health. She has spent her entire professional career supporting patients and their families across the continuum of care but more recently provided psychosocial support and crisis intervention in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.  Always interested in education and staff support, Rodemann participates in programmatic and ICU recovery presentations and joined the adjunct faculty at the Brown School from 2015-2018, teaching Clinical Interventions in Healthcare.  Her interest in post-ICU recovery and trauma informed care led to her current role as the program manager for the Neurocritical Care Follow-up Program (NCFP) where she provides program development and administrative oversight along with clinical support of PICU patients and their families at greatest risk of physical, cognitive and emotional concerns after their PICU admission.
